As a senior member of our customer experience team, you will provide expert guidance to clients navigating changes to their financial products and payment services.

Leveraging your training experience, you will break down complex processes into clear, accessible explanations, ensuring customers fully understand.

Through professional engagement across phone, chat, and email, you will deliver a high-quality service experience that reassures, supports, and empowers customers throughout every interaction.

Where You'll Work:

You'll be based at the client's flagship campus in Knutsford, nestled in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The newly refurbished office offers a modern, collaborative space designed to help you thrive. After initial training (4 weeks full-time in office) you'll enjoy a WFH/Hybrid model.
