Hours : 35 hours per week (Flexible)

Base : Wigan Office plus flexible remote / home working

Salary : Dependent on experience

The Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified corporate solicitor to join our corporate law team. Our high regarded corporate / commercial team deals with high value, quality cases.

Within this role you will manage a mixed case load of transactional corporate cases including;

You will run your own case load as well as supporting the department manager with some of the larger more intricate transactions.

The role involves working alongside the department manager and the firm’s business development manager in assisting the team on its growth strategy, therefore giving you great prospects for career progression and development.

The role also offers opportunities to work on a variation of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements and other commercial documents.
