What Youll Be Doing

Preparing statutory accounts with accuracy and compliance

Managing client relationships as a trusted adviser, offering tailored financial insight

Reviewing work, mentoring juniors, and supporting their development

Producing management accounts to help clients make better business decisions

Providing tax advice to individuals and corporates with a practical, solutions-first approach

Contributing to clients long-term financial strategies

What Theyre Looking For

ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 4 years in practice

Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory

Confident communicator who builds lasting client relationships

Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple priorities

Commercially aware and proactiveyou spot risks and opportunities early
