The Role :

You’ll work alongside class teachers across KS1 and KS2, delivering short interventions and 1 : 1 support. You’ll help with lesson preparation, guide pupils during tasks, and reinforce literacy and numeracy skills. You’ll also assist with pastoral routines, keep simple progress notes, and contribute to a calm, purposeful classroom.

The Candidate :

You’re a graduate who communicates clearly, builds rapport quickly, and stays organised. You can follow guidance, use initiative, and keep expectations consistent. A genuine interest in working with children is essential.
