The Role :

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom to supervise pupils during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-planned work, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure students remain on task.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervising classes across a range of subjects using set lesson plans

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Ensuring a safe, positive, and productive learning environment

Supporting pupils with their work where appropriate

Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the day
