Full-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant Needed- FarehamLocation : Fareham, SEN SchoolPosition : Full-Time, 5 Days a WeekHours : 8 : 45 AM – 3 : 30 PMSalary : £90 per dayStart Date : ASAPAbout the Role : We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a supportive and friendly team at our SEN school in Fareham. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 : 45 AM to 3 : 30 PM, and offers an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.Key Responsibilities :

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Assist with the delivery of lesson plans and activities.
• Help manage student behavior and promote positive learning outcomes.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and safe learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.Requirements :
• Experience in SEN is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to start ASAP is preferred.
• An Enhanced DBS check that is registered on the Update Service is required.
