Due to a ramp up in work, my Aerospace client based in Titchfield is seeking a number of CNC Machinists to join them on a long-term contract basis.

Offering a PAYE contract initially until December 2025 with further extensions likely.

Hours :

7 : 30 am to 4 : 15 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7 : 30 am to 11 : 30 am (Fridays)

PAYE Pay :

Ranging from £16.84-£17.92p / h depending on experience and up to 33 days paid annual leave.

Overtime is paid at x1.5, with Sundays offering double time.

Option to advance holiday pay £19.29-£20.53

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Training or Experience : Apprenticeship or equivalent training is ideal, but we'll consider hands-on experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
• CNC Expertise : Proven ability in CNC operations, with preference given to CNC Turners.
• Sector Experience : Aerospace or other regulated industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and recording results using SPC data collection.
• Measurement Tools Knowledge : Experience with Vernier calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, and screw plug gauges.

We operate a wide variety of equipment, including Mori Seiki, Fanuc Robodrill, Matsuura, CNC Lathes, Mill Turns, Conquest HT42, and Alpha machinery.

Requirements : Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and meet ITAR compliance standards.
