Job Title
Legal Accounts Administrator
Reporting To
Credit Manager
Department / Location
Office based – 40HR PW - Central Support – Stoneferry, Hull
Main Purpose
To support the MKM Credit Services Function on Recovery of delinquent Debt and manage the Legal Partners
Duties & Responsibilities
- To take complete ownership of workload, managing priorities as required
- Build relationships with branch directors and their teams to facilitate exchange of information.
- To ensure that the status and notes on all accounts are kept up to date.
- Complete Recovery Calls in-line with MKM Processes
- Prepare written correspondence as necessary regarding customer accounts.
- Manage External Relationships with Legal Partners
- Negotiate best outcome for MKM.
- Review Process for Improvement
- Any other tasks as directed, which are reasonable within the scope of the role.
