Job Description
We are seeking smart, energetic, diligent, team-oriented, and experienced M&A professionals to join our team.
As an Associate / Vice President for our client, you will play a pivotal role in client engagement, delivery, and internal operations. You will assume significant responsibilities, including acting as the primary client contact, leading transaction work-streams, managing financial and qualitative analyses, and contributing to origination and pitch efforts.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of investment banking experience, ideally from an investment bank, boutique, or accountancy firm, with a desire to step into a project leadership role.
- In-depth experience and understanding of the M&A process and relevant commercial considerations, translating knowledge into valuable client advice.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage complex work-streams and team dynamics under demanding time-frames.
- Strong written and presentation skills, capable of driving key points with a deliberate thought process.
- Ability to effectively interact with client management teams, boards of directors, and third party advisors and stakeholders.
- Experience in training, supervising, and quality assuring Analyst's work product.
- Experience in leading client pitches.
- Sound judgement, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills.
- M&A experience in the business services / consulting sector is highly valued.
