Your new team

This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Groups largest markets bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes dutyfree cruise ships & border shops around the globe. With a global footprint across more than 20 locations and over 30 nationalities our working culture celebrates inclusion and diversity. This role is in the Travel Retail Europe commercial finance team a team of 5 with close collaboration across different functional teams

Your unique contribution

You will have the main areas of responsibility :

Business Partnering of Commercial team including support for annual customer negotiations develop and update tools building P&Ls and providing insightful analysis and recommendations

Support Revenue Growth agenda in TR Europe on topics such as Trade Terms collection RRSP and Price Increase guidelines Pre and Post promotion / activation analysis and NPD analysis

Key stakeholder of S&OP process reviewing and challenging forecasted volumes and communicating monthly movements in both volume and value basis

Key contributor to Finance deliverables including Rolling Forecast Risk & Opps Volume Price / Mix analysis and Monthly Business Review meetings

Delivery of regional presentations to update other affiliates of Travel Retail performance and key insights

Adhoc financial support across wider functional teams such as Marketing strategy and transformation

Improve process alignment and collaboration with TR America Commercial Finance team

Who youll be working with

Youll work with the General Manager Commercial Finance and FP&A teams as well as Commercial Marketing and Operations teams. You will also be working with GTR HQ finance teams and collaborating with counterparts in other GTR regions.

Your blend of talent

Degree calibre with previous experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A / business partnering roles in a large company

Well developed analytical logical problemsolving skills

A positive reliable keen learner and selfmotivated individual that thrives in a rapidly changing environment

High level of selfmanagement and ability to function amidst tight deadlines

Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
