Support with the management of fire risk and fire compliance within RM Condor you will be required to support Military Line Mangers of civilian staff with recruiting and annual reviews

The Post requires successful candidate to deal daily with civilian and military personnel of all ranks in a professional and courteous manor, therefore, do you have the drive and desire to assist and support the delivery of Real-Life Support to the UK Commando Forces. Are you a proactive, hard-working individual who enjoys working with various stakeholder supporting Officer in Charge of the base, logistics and Facilities? we are looking for someone who possess good verbal, written IT and communication skills. Can you work in high pace close-knit team, has leadership skills, key personnel skills are drive, initiative and ability to organise own working day adjusting priorities as needed in order to support and sustain the daily running of 45 Cdo Base.

    An apprenticeship is a combined package of work and training. Through an apprenticeship you will gain professional knowledge, practical experience, and the broader skills required to upskill you in your current role and pave the way for your future career. Most of the training will be on-the-job, with the remaining off-the-job training often delivered by a training provider. This means minimal disruption and maximum impact.

    Professional qualifications can be achieved through an apprenticeship and range from Level 2 (equivalent to 5 GCSEs), Level 3 (equivalent to 2 A Levels), and Levels 4 -7, which can give you a foundation degree, a full Bachelors degree, or a Masters degree.

    Apprenticeships normally last between 12 months - 3 years, depending on the level of the apprenticeship.

    Anyone can undertake an Apprenticeship and everyone, regardless of age, can benefit from developing their skills in an accredited way.
