As a Workshop Manager , you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is to ensure we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. You will be accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, developing a results-focused Vehicle Technician and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards, drives innovation and improvement to minimize vehicle downtime, and delivers on our service commitment to customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the workshop team, ensuring high performance and compliance with technical standards.
- Maximize efficiencies and opportunities to produce outstanding results.
- Provide coaching and support to team members.
- Focus on customer service and resolve any issues effectively.
