JOB TITLE : Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essential

LOCATION : Yeovil

SALARY : Up to £36,691 DOE + van + benefits

DURATION : 12 week Temporary to go to Perm

The Employer :

We are looking to fill the role of a Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essential within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a massive 5 year plan which we are seeking an MSO to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.

The Role :

Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer properties
Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
Undertaking customer service issues
Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload

The Candidate needs :

Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry / Plastering and General Maintenance.

An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed

To behave in a courteous and professional manner

To be able to prioritise conflicting demands

Great communication skills

The ability to maintain accurate records of information

Basic IT skills

A clean Driving Licence

SUMMARY :

This is a Temp to Perm, full time role, working a 40 hour week over 5 days.

The role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
