Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).

Salary : Up to £50,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location : Worthing, West Sussex BN14.

About The Role :

Due to their fast-growing business, the company has a vacancy for a highly skilled CNC Turner Programmer / Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-change set-ups, tight tolerances, and full component production from start to finish.

This opportunity would suit someone who wants to work for a leading precision engineering business that specializes in the manufacture of small to medium-sized, complex components.

Main Responsibilities :

• Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision.
• Program and set multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately.
• Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications.
• Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential).
• Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality.
