• Ensure all service requests are resolved within agreed timelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.What We’re Looking For :
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within property development, construction, or a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle queries professionally and empathetically.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
