We are seeking a skilled Factory Operative with prior experience in a factory setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis, with continuous training and growth opportunities.Location - Witham Hours - Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pmResponsibilities : - Operating and tending to machinery- Conducting quality control inspections- Performing basic machine operations- Measuring and assembling components- Utilizing hand tools- Handling various general production tasks as neededCandidate Requirements : - Previous experience in factory or production roles- Familiarity with quality control processes- Capability to perform manual handling tasks- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Background in a manufacturing and production environmentAdecco is a disability-confident employer.
