In this role, you’ll support both learners and educators, helping to deliver engaging educational activities and enrichment sessions that foster personal development and build essential skills.
As a Learning Facilitator, you will work one-on-one and in groups with learners, assisting them in consolidating their understanding and motivating them to pursue educational and personal growth. You’ll also play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment that encourages participation and helps reduce reoffending through education.
Evening and weekend work will be a requirement of this role.
Key Responsibilities :

Provide individual and group support to help learners engage with course materials and improve self-confidence.
Help maintain a positive and effective learning environment.
Monitor and record learner attendance and progress.
Collaborate closely with teaching staff, prison officers, and other stakeholders to meet learners’ educational needs.
Requirements :
A Level 3 teaching qualification is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar is advantageous.
Experience in prison education or adult learning is an asset.
This role is a unique opportunity to inspire learners and support their rehabilitation, helping them develop skills for successful reintegration into society. Join us and make a lasting difference.
