What Are We Looking For?Our Asset Management and Technical Services team is looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join us on a permanent basis, assisting in the delivery of projects for a variety of clients. You will undertake Control, Instrumentation and Electrical works

including installation, testing, commissioning, and fault finding within new and existing MCCs, industrial instrumentation, analysers, motors, actuators and all other equipment used in the automated control systems associated with RSE products and those used by clients in Water, Chemical Dosing and Petro-chem industries.Please note this position will require flexibility on working location, with accommodation provided by RSE.Some of Your Key Duties Include : Provide a flexible approach to resourcing all commissioning requirements of various projectsTo support the project team by developing commissioning plans, site commissioning files, methodologies, programmes, method statements and risk assessmentsMonitor standards to ensure specification compliance and quality standards are strictly maintainedAttend FAT activities and provide constructive input with regards to system controlsCarry out commissioning of LV Electrical systems, Instrumentation and Control Systems including MCCs and associated field equipmentRead and interpret electrical drawings, line diagrams and P&IDsComplete SAT and Asset Start-upComplete commissioning documentationParticipate in HAZCOMM activities for various projects as requiredWhat Do You Need?Electrical / Instrumentation HND / HNC or equivalentProven Mechanical & Electrical experience

full commissioning phase experience (installation, dry, wet, process testing)Previous experience holding SAP or AP position and of PTW systemsExperience of iMCCs including VSDs, Softstarts and Flow, Level, Pressure and Temperature instrumentationExperience in executing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for clean and wastewater projects on both new build and retrofit sitesExperience in FAT, SAT testing and fault findingExperience in telemetry end to end testingProfibus, Installation and Commissioning CertificationFlexibility for location of work and out of hours working as required by the CompanyFull UK Driving Licence.Who Are We?RSE is a trusted clean water technology company, developing market leading products and solutions for purifying drinking water, recycling wastewater and cleaning water in industrial processes.
