We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead two solo therapeutic services in Bury St Edmunds, providing high-quality residential care and fostering a trauma-informed environment where young people can thrive. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and management for residential services, creating a nurturing, inclusive environment
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and all legislative requirements
• Lead and develop a trauma-informed team to support young people who have experienced multiple placement breakdowns
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and safeguarding procedures
• Build strong partnerships with families, social workers, mental health professionals, and other external agencies
• Manage resources effectively, including staff rotas, budgets, and staff development
