• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils
• Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes independent learning and exploration
• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback and tailored support to ensure individual growth
• Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with other EYFS staff to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learningEssential Skills & Experience :
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
• Experience teaching in EYFS, with a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and developmentDesirable :
• Experience with leading or contributing to phonics teaching
