Experienced Primary Teaching Assistant

Location : WembleyHours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PMContract Type : Full-TimePay Rate : From £84 / day (PAYE)Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in their educational journey? We are a welcoming and inclusive mixed mainstream primary school with a high number of SEND pupils who require dedicated 1 : 1 support. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities : - Provide 1 : 1 and small group support to pupils with SEND across all year groups.- Assist class teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.- Support the personal, social, and emotional development of pupils.- Personal care duties for Reception class pupils as required.- Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.Essential Requirements : - A recognised UK qualification equivalent to A Level or higher.- A minimum of 3 months' experience working in a primary school classroom setting.- A strong understanding of SEND and a compassionate approach to supporting individual pupil needs.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- A proactive, patient, and nurturing attitude
