Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with expertise in React and Python to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. If you have a passion for coding, problem-solving, and creating seamless user experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React (frontend) and .NET / Python (backend).
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and functionality.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices (e.g., Hooks, Context API, etc.).

Strong knowledge of Python and backend frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of API design and development, including RESTful APIs.

Ability to work in an Agile development environment.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines.

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, PyTest).

Understanding of UI / UX design principles.

Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
