Your Mission :

Elevate the quality of nursing services for Parkinson’s patients
Enhance patient and carer experience
Deliver accurate healthcare information and self-care advice
Plan and execute treatment at a local level for superior care

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Nurse Advisors and healthcare professionals

Provide timely feedback and reports

Arrange patient visits and develop HCP partnerships

Maintain high standards of care and accurate patient records

Your Skills :

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Neurology / Parkinson’s disease experience preferable

Proficiency with MS Office and clinical governance knowledge
