Vulnerable Adult Support Officer to work in Housing, Temporary, £13.02per hour. Great Opportunity to work with a Local Authority. 37 hour week. Immediate Start
About the role
The Government's committment is to reduce Homelessness by 2025 and are funding this initiative through the Local Authority. The role will be to Support and Work with Vulnerable Adults through the complete process with the outcome to be Housed.
Our Client is looking for candidates who have worked in any Community based Care & Support field, such as Probation, Drug & Alcohol, Housing and Care with the following skills :
- Issue Resolution
- Engaging in order to build Relationships quickly
- Want to make a difference
- Hands On Pro-Active approach
- Ability to Self Manage
- Have a practical Approach
- Abilty to show Compassion and Understanding
You will have a practical approach in order to support Vulnerable Adults with all aspects of being Housed, from Application to Running a Home and becoming a Tennant.
