The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles, building talent pipelines, and providing exceptional support to our Recruitment Specialists. This is a fixed term role for 10 months.

What you’ll do :
- Proactively source passive candidates using networking, social media, targeted outreach, and CV databases.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for challenging roles and specific locations.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability and generate leads for Recruitment Specialists.
- Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to find niche talent.
- Manage recruitment processes with efficiency and accuracy, from job advertisements to interview coordination.
- Oversee the recruitment inbox, responding to candidate inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the People Support team to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Track onboarding progress and address any issues to create a seamless candidate experience.
- Work closely with Recruitment Specialists to align on priorities and sourcing strategies.
