We are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Lead Electrician Manager. This is an unrivalled opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing motor groups.

As a Senior Lead Electrician Manager, you will be a valued team member. Working alongside the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for, and directly manage the electrical team, and oversea any sub-contractors who undertake work on our electrical projects. Working at our Head Office this role is field based and whilst supporting the departmental electricians it will also require working at times, in a hands-on role. This role will suit someone who has managerial experience or previously been self-employed with the knowledge of ordering equipment. You must be happy to work away from home as and when required, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group .

An average day as a Senior Lead Electrician Manager…

You will take on the role of qualified supervisor for the NICEIC and sign off on minor works and ensure that all completed work meets required standards.

To plan, lead and manage work of inhouse electrical team for preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and installation work on lighting systems, electrical distribution boards, circuits and EV chargers.

You will prioritise and respond to daily reactive call requests received by the Facilities Co-ordinator.

You will oversee and manage various electrical works.

You will ensure materials are ordered in line with project specification and site requirements.

You will ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and NICEIC guidelines.

To diagnose and identify faults and electrical testing throughout the group.

To provide support and guidance to departmental electricians and assist with training of apprentices.

You will conduct regular inspections of work and checks and provide feedback and support to the Facilities Manager.

About you…

Have proven experience (at least 2 years) as an electrical manager / self-employed or of a similar role.

Hold the necessary qualifications to act as the Qualified Supervisor (QS) under NICEIC regulations, overseeing the compliance and certification of all electrical installation regulations.

Qualified in BS7671 – 18th Edition.

Hold a NVQ Level 3, AM2 City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing.

Have strong problem solving and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
