Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Flexible Including Evenings & Weekends

Salary : £24,638 - £29,705

Full Driving Licence & Business Insurance Required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children & Young People Support Worker to join a supportive, dynamic team dedicated to improving outcomes for foster families and young people.

Responsibilities :

Build positive, trusted relationships with children and young people to enhance stability and wellbeing.

Support foster families through direct work, activities, and day-to-day support, promoting life skills and independence.

Contribute to care planning, attend key meetings, and support participation in a wide range of activities and events.

Requirements :

Experience working directly with children and young people in supportive roles.

Strong communication, organisational skills, and a team-player mindset.

A flexible, proactive attitude with a full UK driving licence and business insurance.
