What You Will Do :

• Compile complex cost estimates for bids and projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to business processes.
• Engage with the supply chain to gather timely material estimates, leveraging historic data where applicable.
• Calculate accurate and timely labour estimates through interaction with key stakeholders and analysis of historical data.
• Review estimate inputs for alignment with project scope, enhancing the reliability of bids.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with project stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
• Provide critical data and feedback to senior management, supporting cost investigations and negotiations.
