The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with Natfed 7.2, ensuring accurate cost estimation, contract management, and financial oversight of projects.Key Responsibilities : Cost Estimation & Budgeting : Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects.Contract Management : Negotiate, review, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.Project Financial Oversight : Monitor project costs, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to budgets.Natfed 7.2 Compliance : Apply expertise in Natfed 7.2 to ensure accurate pricing and cost control.Risk Assessment : Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with projects.Working with labour and material costs to financially support and increase cash flow.Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and financial reports.Requirements : Experience : some experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the social housing sector.Natfed 7.2 Expertise : Strong understanding and practical experience with Natfed 7.2 pricing schedules.Qualifications : Degree or pre-grad / time served in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field....
