Senior Paediatric Nurse . This role offers a competitive

Their work is supported by partnerships with the NHS and local authorities, ensuring comprehensive care and support.
As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will : Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses (Band 5) and Childrens Support AssistantsEnsure high-quality care deliveryCreate empowering environments for children and familiesConduct assessments and care planning collaboratively with familiesSupport team development and engage with research opportunitiesManage staff performance and developmentDeputise for the House Manager when needed

The ideal candidate for the Senior Paediatric Nurse position will have : Registered Nurse qualification and a degreePaediatric experience is essentialExperience working with children and using advanced communication skillsCommitment to safeguarding and understanding of professional boundariesExperience with tracheostomy and ventilator careExperience supporting and mentoring other members of staff
