Job descriptionDrive initiatives to improve customer service across all franchises. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational standards of our clients. Focus on increasing client satisfaction through operational excellence. Regularly engage with the Operational Finance, Sales Team, Technical Team and SHEQ Team. Align operational output with other departments to achieve cohesive business objectives. Work closely with SHEQ manager to ensure compliance and standards enforcements are met in line with our franchise agreements to maximum satisfaction. Ensure timely responses to complaints to enhance customer satisfaction and communicate learning outcomes of the complaint to franchise network to ensure best practices are shared. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports to be shared with franchisees and Leadership Team. Utilise data analytics to inform decision-making and drive operational improvements. Create and share regular Operational League Tables. In addition to providing Filta’s own leading-edge ‘FOG Cyclone’ technology we are also able to undertake maintenance on all and any type of grease trap, separator or grease control equipment regardless of manufacturer. We are committed to providing the highest quality environmental services to a wide range of commercial customers.
Like all business owners striving for a profit, we appreciate that our customers can’t afford to have their kitchens out of action and therefore all of our services have been developed to ensure downtime is avoided at all costs.
We therefore operate emergency response within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
What does it entail?
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Franchise Manager to partially cover a Head of Operations and Franchising role for a 12-month maternity period. This role is essential in supporting franchisees, ensuring continued growth and development whilst supporting internal stakeholders within the business.
As part of the Senior Management Support Team, you will be responsible for the management of 25-30 franchisees. This role focuses on reinforcing existing processes whilst ensuring continued development and improvement of our franchisees. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing teams Operational Delivery and Operational Finance to ensure budget is met. Possibility of extension when Head of Ops returns on permanent basis.
Some of your key responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
Franchisee Engagement
- Implement strategies to improve overall engagement within the franchise network.
- Ensure franchisees comply with the terms of the franchise agreement and operations manual.
- Support the business planning and franchise onboarding process.
- Monitor and enhance franchisee satisfaction levels.
- Support franchisees with planning future investment and development.
- Promote effective collaboration among franchisees to meet operational requirements.
