An exciting time to join this well-established business during a time of growth and expansion (currently c.50 staff and part of a much bigger group) where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference and would suit someone who takes pride in their work and care about everything SHE ideally from a manufacturing background.To ensure the effective management of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standards within manufacturing operations. With SHE experience within a manufacturing industry you will need to be proactive, results driven with strong attention to detail, a high level of integrity and commitment to ethical practises. Self-motivated with the ability to plan your own workload conducing risk assessments, audits, and incident investigation.Enhance employee awareness of SHE standards and responsibilities through workshops, toolbox talks, and on boarding sessions. Prepare and present regular SHE performance reports, including KPIs related to safety incidents, environmental impact.
