We are looking to offer an Oracle Change Manager the opportunity to join our expanding Oracle Delivery team based in Stevenage .
About the team
The Oracle delivery team is part of an internal centralised IT team that operates at a group level and provides IT services to subsidiary companies that comprise M Group Services. The Oracle team is responsible for the delivery of multiple Oracle Cloud related projects, some are new delivery of New Oracle Cloud Projects as well as ongoing continuous improvement. The team does not provide Business as Usual (BAU) support and focus on new projects / delivery, however we do work closely with our internal BAU team to ensure hand over smooth hand over from project to BAU.
The team is growing in line with a pipeline of projects to further enhance and expand M Group Services Enterprise Application of which Oracle Cloud is a large element. The team is currently small made up of 3 resources and will continue to expand as new projects become active
About the role
As the Change Manager you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules within our organisation. This includes overseeing the organisational change management (OCM) strategies and driving the successful implementation and user adoption of the new systems and business processes.
The role requires a deep understanding of both Oracle Cloud solutions, moder best practice processes and the challenges associated with integrating these solutions in an acquisition-heavy environment, as well as rolling out new Oracle features to existing teams. A key goal for the change manager is to achieve faster adoption of sustainable change and that impact employees who will ultimately be the receivers of the change.
We offer a flexible working environment where hybrid working has been embedded. You would be required to attend the office two to three days per week.

As the Oracle Change Manager, you’ll get the opportunity to :
- Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process.
- Engage with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Work with a network of change managers at a local level to plan and deliver change
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups to ensure smooth transition and effective use of Oracle Cloud modules.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of change management initiatives and user adoption rates.
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Create and manage detailed change management plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Working with Project and Programmer Managers to ensure that change is an embedded part of the project approach and deliverables.
- Create and complete change management assessments, including identifying persistent resistance.
