Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join our client’s expanding electronics production and manufacturing team based in Ipswich. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, with the opportunity for a permanent contract following a successful 12-week probation period. Working hours are Monday to Friday, either 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment to ensure the production of high-quality electronic components.
