This well established Mediterranean brasserie is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to join its brigade. The concept is authentic Portuguese food and wine in a casual environment and there is a strong focus on using the best quality seasonal produce. As Head Chef, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
