To support the commercial review of performance against the contract and as bid position.

• This role can be based from the Great Yarmouth or Aberdeen office.
• 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
• Can be either permanent, part time or reduced hours to suit.
• Start date end of March / early April.KEY RESULT AREAS :
• Maintaining records and trackers to support accurate month end analysis.
• To support in the process improvement programme.
• Collection of data form operational teams.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
• Requisition and Purchase Order Creation.
• Goods receipting (Agency, Materials, Plant)
• Plant & Equipment Tracker ownership and update
• Client and Agency Timesheets
• Payroll CoverKEY RESULTS AREA :
• Key support to financial performance of contract.
• Timely and Accurate weekly reporting.
• Contribute to monthly valuations and applications for payment.
• Minimise WIP and aged debt within contract.KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS :

• FinanceQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :
• Keen interest in commercial operations with experience in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office systems (Word / Excel / Outlook
