With a strong turnover in the millions, they rent space to companies to store material in bulk quantities. Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for another motivated Mechanical Fitter to add to their team! Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!The RoleAs a Mechanical Fitter, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Working with industrial mechanical equipment and components such as valves, bearings, shafts, rollers, hydraulics etc.
• Getting stuck in with different Continuous Improvement Projects
• Working with a team on large industrial tanks, valves, pumps, pipes etc.
• Performing Reactive and Planned Preventative MaintenanceAbout YouThe ideal Mechanical Fitter will have the following :
• A recognised mechanical qualification
• Experience working with a maintenance engineering team
• A sound understanding of key mechanical components
