- Personal Care all aspects of personal hygiene including bathing dressing and grooming while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Medication collecting prescriptions providing reminders and assisting with proper dosage and timing.
- Mealtimes preparing tasty and nutritious meals considering dietary requirements and preferences.
- Housekeeping keeping their home just the way they like it including light cleaning laundry and tidying.
- Mobility help with getting around safely both indoors and outdoors using appropriate aids when necessary.
- Health Monitoring observing and reporting any changes in the clients physical or mental wellbeing.
- Social Activities organising and accompanying clients to social events or appointments.
- Administrative Tasks maintaining accurate records of care provided and any incidents or concerns.
- Emergency Response following proper procedures in case of accidents or medical emergencies.
- Family Liaison communicating effectively with family members about the clients care and wellbeing.
Qualifications : What youll need
You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients their families and colleagues.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and possibly overnight shifts.Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and prioritise client needs.Emotional intelligence and empathy to provide sensitive and respectful care.Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.A full UK Driving LicenceAdditional Information :
