Job Duties :
The Psychology Graduate will assist in delivering educational support to students. Duties include conducting one-on-one and group sessions, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support student development.
Required Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is required. Must have knowledge of child development, behaviour management techniques, and educational psychology principles.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Experience :
Prior experience working in educational settings or with children is preferred
Knowledge and Skills :
Understanding of child development, behaviour management techniques, and educational psychology principles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable
Working Conditions :
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in an educational setting. The Psychology Graduate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide support and assistance as needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
