Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting an SEN Mechanics Instructor / Teacher to join an SEMH College in South Norwood.

Needed : SEN Mechanics Instructor / Teacher

Days & Hours :

Monday - Friday : 8 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm

Salary : £180 to £244 per day depending on experience / qualifications

Contract : Temporary to Permanent

Location : SE25, Southeast London

Position Overview :

As a Mechanics Instructor , you will play a key role in leading hands-on classes that focus on motor vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics. You will work with students to develop their technical skills in mechanical systems, ensuring they gain the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Teach and guide students through practical and theoretical aspects of motor vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostics.

Deliver lessons on various mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.

Support and encourage students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, helping them overcome challenges and succeed in their learning.
