We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our team and help us build strong candidate pipelines across various sectors.Key Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.)
• Managing candidate applications and conducting initial phone screenings
• Updating and maintaining candidate databases
• Building and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients
• Assisting with interview scheduling and interview preparation
• Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
• Maintaining and reporting on recruitment metrics
• Assisting with the preparation of job descriptions and advertising vacancies
• Supporting the recruitment process from start to finishIdeal Candidate :
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in recruitment, or customer-facing roles (desirable but not essential)
• Experience with recruitment software and databases (a plus)
