Administrator - Health & Safety
Location : Scunthorpe
Salary : £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
The Role
A key supplier across the rail industry delivering innovative technology solutions and services to owners and operators of the UK rail network is looking to take on a HSQE coordinator to drive best practice across the workforce, coordinating all HSEQ documentation ensuring the company remains compliant and highly organised.
You will gain exposure inside the Rail / H&S industry, to become an invaluable member of the team and be trained and upskilled to become an expert in Health and Safety,
As HSQE Coordinator you will be responsible for
- Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance. - - - - Controlling the flow of documents internally and externally.
- Accident record co-ordination including the investigation and reporting of accidents and near misses.
- Assist in the preparation of HSQE action plans.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HSQE team.
- Maintain, review and improve HSQE management systems.
- Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
- Participates in incident investigations. Ensuring root causes are identified,
