With a base at our workshop in Scunthorpe, we're looking for a Mobile Trailer Mechanic who enjoys being on the road and lending a helping hand to our customers in need.

Responsibilities :

Inspect, service, and repair trailers to high maintenance standards, ensuring compliance with company EHS guidelines and legislation at customers sites / VMU’s / TIP workshops or roadside.

Complete all compliance details accurately and in a timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service within specified deadlines.

Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures.

Demonstrate TIP values and behaviors consistently.

Qualifications :

Time-served technician or City & Guilds 1,2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent experience in trailer repairs.

Welding experience preferred.

Double deck maintenance experience preferred.

Enthusiastic with good communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to complete written documentation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads.

Ability to work autonomously if required.

Job type :

Permanent full-time, 10-hour shift, Mon-Fri

30-minute paid break per day, 1-hour unpaid lunch break
