Job Description

Summary and purpose of the Job :

Support the Fixed Networks Delivery and Operational teams in delivering first class managed solutions to our clients.

If you want to further your career from a vibrant and fast-paced organisation, this might be the role for you.

Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

Trouble shooting and support after initial triage.
Support Field Engineers, and other internal departments as required.
Configuration of equipment and design of solutions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have :

WAN,LAN and security knowledge.

Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and switches

Customer service experience.

A full UK driving licence.
