Summary and purpose of the Job :

Support the Fixed Networks Delivery and Operational teams in delivering first class managed solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

  • Trouble shooting and support after initial triage.
  • Support Field Engineers, and other internal departments as required.
  • Configuration of equipment and design of solutions.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have :

  • WAN,LAN and security knowledge.
  • Experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and switches
  • Customer service experience.
  • A full UK driving licence.
