• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, particularly with shot blasting or similar abrasive processes, is preferred.Preferable Skills :
• Strong understanding of shot blasting machinery and abrasive processes.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, lifting, and handling heavy materials).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Working Conditions :
• Full-time position with the possibility of overtime based on production demands.
• Work may involve exposure to loud noise, dust, and other environmental factors; personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
