Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to work in their leading facility in West Bromwich

For the successful Maintenance Engineer our client is offering;

Salary of up to £40,000 per annum D.O.E
Working on days, Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am - 3pm.
Permanent role
Canteen facilities on site
Free parking

The Role of the Maintenance Engineer;

Maintain all machinery to provide optimum functionality

Urgently attend breakdowns and diagnose and repair equipment using the appropriate test equipment and tools.

Ensure all electrical maintenance tasks are completed on time in full.

Conducting all planned preventative maintenance including implementing and developing new processes to resolve maintenance faults, repeat issues and inefficiencies in a continuous improvement environment

Involvement in design and development of new machinery installations.

Keep all relevant paperwork up to date

What our client is looking for in a Maintenance Engineer;

Experience working from technical drawings - ESSENTIAL

Higher diploma / NVQ electrical qualification - ESSENTIAL

18th Edition certificate - ESSENTIAL

Working knowledge of power presses - ADVANTAGEOUS

Proven experience of fault finding on PLC and control systems - ESSENTIAL
