JOB TITLE : Conveyancing Fee Earner - Residential Property

My client, a well-established forward-thinking Solicitor's firm who are easily commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, South Cheshire & North Wales, are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding team. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week. Salary range is £35,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme is also on offer.

Main Responsibilities

• Handling a quality caseload of work allocated by the Conveyancing Manager, conducting Property Law matters on behalf of clients. Ensure all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly updated on progress and costs.
• Undertaking high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner while ensuring confidentiality and security of all the firm's and clients' documentation and information.
• Achieving agreed individual or department billing and time recording targets in line with the firm's business plan.
• Participating in marketing on a firm-wide or departmental basis if asked to do so and being active in promoting the services of the firm and its image / ethos.
