We are looking to appoint a passionate and committed Humanities teacher to cover a one-term position from September to December 2025. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a supportive and well-resourced department.

Duties as Humanities Teacher :

Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support achievement

Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour effectively

Contribute to departmental planning and team collaboration

Participate in school events and parent communication where relevant

Ideal Humanities Teacher :

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised qualification

Experience teaching Humanities at secondary level

Ability to inspire and motivate pupils of all abilities as a Humanities Teacher.

Organised, flexible, and a strong communicator
