The Technical coordinator will lead the coordination and design management on site alongside a more senior manager. Deliverables : Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budgetTechnical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the designAssisting Technical Managers with reviewing of consultant’s detail design drawings and subcontractor designsCoordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standardEnsuring that designs comply with Company’s standardsPromoting design that respects budgetary constraintsChristian Scales - Skilled Careers
